Macarons

For this assignment, we made the shells strawberry flavoured, and for our filling we made a matcha buttercream, as well as putting a dollop of strawberry jam in the center. I think we did a great job on the flavours, and I think the macarons turned out great. The shells did look a bit lumpy, but I think that's the only thing that went a little wrong(?).
