Freezer Cookies

For this assignment we made magic-fairy -mushroom shaped cookies. We did this by stacking mushroom shaped dough on top of each other, and covering the stack in plain cookie dough. We also flavoured them with coconut and strawberry extract, which worked well together. We used blue and purple for the mushrooms by kneading them together for a minute. The only struggles we had was making sure the stems didn't break off because they were so thin. SUCCESS!! :D
