Freezer Cookies

For this assignment we made magic-fairy -mushroom shaped cookies. We did this by stacking mushroom shaped dough on top of each other, and covering the stack in plain cookie dough. We also flavoured them with coconut and strawberry extract, which worked well together. We used blue and purple for the mushrooms by kneading them together for a minute.

3 successes we had, were flavour, colour, and the overall shape. 3 struggles we had, were the thin part of the mushroom detaching from our... tower(?), keeping the shape together of the mushroom... and I really don't think we had any other issues with it.
