Chocolate Chip Cookie Photo Recreations

In this assignment, we were tasked with trying to match a photo of chocolate chip cookies that we found on the internet. In order to make these cookies as accurate as possible to our reference picture, we had to follow the recipe exactly. Though I did notice that the cookies used chocolate chunks, we managed with the chips. On the top, is our reference picture, and on the bottom is our recreation. IF THIS STUPID WEBSITE WOULD LET ME PUT THEM SIDE BY SIDE, I WOULD DO THAT BUT IVE BEEN TRYING FOR 5 MINUTES AND I'M GOING TO THROW MY COMPUTER.

Anyways, baking these cookies was not a challenge, as my partner and I have done similar recipes dozens of times. Something that I haven't done before is add salt on top of the cookies, which I thought was a great touch and I will be doing that going forward with my cookie baking.

I realize that I have forgotten to rotate my final photo, but I fear that if I even attempt that, I will be giving the school a cheque for this computer. :,)
